How to redeem your lo.la points: choose a reward, copy your code and give your next beauty order a little something back.

Example app screen
Your next beauty treat could already be sitting in your points balance. With lo.la, eligible purchases earn you points that you can redeem for a discount on a future order. Choose your reward, copy your promo code and apply it at checkout.
Open My Points
Open My Points in the lo.la app to see your balance and your progress towards the next discount. Select the Redeem tab to explore your rewards.
Under Promo Codes, the Available tab shows the discounts you have enough points to unlock. In the example below, a balance of 720 points unlocks the 200 EGP and 500 EGP options.
Choose your discount
There are three promo-code reward tiers:
Choose an available reward to redeem your points for its promo code.
Want to work towards a bigger discount? Open Locked to see the rewards you haven't unlocked yet and how many more points you need. For example, with 720 points, you need another 280 points to reach the 1,000 EGP reward.
The tiers shown here come from the example app screens. Your available rewards may differ.
Copy your promo code
Once you redeem a discount reward, your promo code appears with its value and validity information. Tap Copy Code to copy it.
The example below shows a 500 EGP discount with a 30-day validity period. Check the details on your own reward before using it.
Use your code at checkout
When you see Copied, your code is ready. Tap Use Now to continue, or Copy again if you need to copy it once more.
At checkout, paste your code into the promo-code field and apply it. Check that the discount appears in your order total before completing your purchase.
A quick refresher, whenever you need it
Tap the question-mark icon at the top of My Points to open How points work. It walks you through earning points, choosing a reward, redeeming it and using your code. Tap Got it when you're ready to return.
What about gift rewards?
You'll also find a Gift Rewards section below the promo codes. Each gift shows its points requirement, and the screen indicates whether you can redeem it or need more points. Tap View all to browse the selection and follow the instructions for the gift you choose.

Why is a reward locked?
Your balance hasn't reached that reward's points requirement yet. The Locked tab shows how many more points you need.
Do I have to wait for 1,000 points?
No. Discount rewards start at 200 points, with another option at 500 points.
Does copying my code apply the discount automatically?
You still need to apply the code at checkout. Always check your updated total before placing your order.
Where can I find ways to earn points?
Open the Earn tab in My Points to see the earning options available in your account.
